Studio Tache is an e-commerce store based in Melbourne, Australia, specializing in thoughtfully designed planters. Our products are made to order and customizable to suit your needs.
2. Use of the Site
By using the Site, you agree to:
•Provide accurate and complete information when making a purchase.
•Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
•Not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site’s functionality.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1 Order Acceptance All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Studio Tache. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.2 Custom orders As our planters are made to order and can require 32 hours to complete, please allow 3-6 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Policy We ship within Australia only currently, we are looking to expand into other regionsd shortly. Shipping costs are included in the retail price and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
4.2 Delivery Issues If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hi@studiotache.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Change of Mind If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the product within 45 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5.2 Faulty or Damaged Products If your product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will cover all costs associated with returns, replacements, or refunds.
5.3 Refund Processing Refunds will be processed within 1 business days of receiving the returned product. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Studio Tache and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Tache will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
