If there’s an issue with your item—such as damage or a manufacturing fault—we’ll happily cover all costs to replace or refund your purchase. For change-of-mind returns, we accept items back within 45 days, with the customer covering return postage. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we’ll issue a full refund.
If Australia Post confirms the package is lost in transit, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge—no insurance claim or waiting on a resolution required. However, if your item has been marked as delivered and is then stolen from your doorstep, we’ll gladly resend your order but ask that you cover only the postage costs.
